Kelly Pozda is a marketing strategist, event architect, and storyteller who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. By day, she drives growth and brand transformation at Blackwood, where she’s known for a culture builder turning complex ideas into experiences people can actually feel — from large-scale conferences and partner kickoffs to intimate, high-impact field events.

By night (and often on early mornings), Kelly is the co-host of Humans of Tech, a passion project born from a simple mission: to keep humanity at the center of technology. Through authentic, unfiltered conversations, she and her co-host Carolaine uncover the people behind the titles — reminding the industry that tech is powered by humans first.

When she’s not shaping stories or orchestrating events, you’ll find Kelly in a spin class like it’s a competitive sport, designing over-the-top charcuterie boards, or on a walk with her rescue puppy Bayley.
